1. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, browsing, or using Proxly, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the related policies referenced on this website, including the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.
These Terms are intended to cover the full Proxly experience: the VPN connection layer, account and billing flows, website pages, support forms, in-app updates, trial offers, connection recommendations, performance metrics, and any additional functionality we release as part of the service.
2. What Proxly Provides
Proxly is a consumer VPN product designed to help users route internet traffic through protected infrastructure, reduce exposure on untrusted networks, improve privacy posture, and access supported content through available server locations. Depending on the plan, device, and region, the app may also include connection diagnostics, server selection, account management, support tools, or feature notices.
Proxly is not sold as a promise of perfect anonymity, uninterrupted access to every website, or guaranteed bypass of every geographic, governmental, network, or platform restriction. Connection quality can vary due to device health, local network conditions, mobile carrier rules, server load, destination service policies, or technical maintenance.
3. Eligibility and Lawful Use
You may use Proxly only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you are using Proxly on behalf of a company, team, or household administrator, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
You are responsible for making sure your use of Proxly is lawful in the country, territory, network, institution, or service environment where you access it. A VPN can improve privacy, but it does not make otherwise unlawful conduct permissible and it does not transfer responsibility for user actions to Proxly.
4. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, Proxly grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app for personal, internal, and lawful purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of the software, design assets, brand features, written content, server logic, or any other intellectual property used by the service.
Except where applicable law clearly permits it, you may not copy, resell, sublicense, lease, mirror, frame, scrape, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the app or service infrastructure.
5. Accounts, Purchases, Trials, and Renewal
Some Proxly features may require a paid plan, free trial, restore purchase flow, or subscription confirmation through the app store or payment provider used for the transaction. Pricing, renewal timing, taxation, billing descriptors, and refund handling may differ depending on the platform through which the app was obtained.
If your plan renews automatically, renewal will generally continue until canceled through the relevant billing platform. You are responsible for reviewing your purchase settings, trial conversion timing, renewal terms, and any regional consumer rights that may apply.
- App store operators may control purchase flows, refund windows, and receipt validation.
- Promotional offers may be limited by country, device type, prior subscription history, or campaign duration.
- We may suspend access to premium features if payment is reversed, canceled, expired, or found to be fraudulent.
6. VPN-Specific Expectations
A VPN is a network tool, not a universal guarantee. Proxly may help protect traffic on public Wi-Fi, reduce casual interception risk, and provide additional control over connection routing, but it cannot eliminate every risk associated with device compromise, phishing, malware, weak passwords, unsafe downloads, platform policy enforcement, or misuse of third-party services.
You understand that destination websites, streaming providers, governments, schools, employers, app platforms, or local network administrators may still impose rules, blocklists, verification steps, or connection limits that affect whether the service behaves as expected in your environment.
We may offer multiple server locations, connection modes, or protocol behaviors. Availability may change over time for operational, legal, abuse-prevention, or capacity reasons.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Proxly in a way that harms others, interferes with networks, violates law, or places unreasonable load on the service. The following are examples of prohibited conduct:
- Using the service to distribute malware, run credential attacks, send spam, or participate in botnet or denial-of-service activity.
- Attempting to defeat service limits, manipulate subscription entitlements, or access servers or systems without authorization.
- Using Proxly to infringe intellectual property rights, stalk, harass, threaten, or otherwise abuse other users or third parties.
- Reselling access, sharing access beyond permitted household or plan boundaries, or presenting the service as your own product.
- Testing, scanning, or exploiting Proxly infrastructure except through a clearly authorized security disclosure process.
8. Service Availability and Performance
We aim to keep Proxly available and responsive, but we do not promise uninterrupted uptime, continuous availability of every server region, or support for every destination service. Performance can change based on local congestion, roaming conditions, ISP policies, firewall rules, app version, device battery settings, OS restrictions, and infrastructure maintenance.
We may temporarily limit, rotate, block, or prioritize traffic where reasonably necessary for maintenance, legal compliance, abuse prevention, stability, or protection of our systems and users.
9. Updates and Product Changes
We may release updates, redesigns, bug fixes, policy changes, new plans, security patches, or feature removals from time to time. Some updates may be required for continued compatibility with the service. New capabilities may become available only on certain operating system versions, device classes, or subscription plans.
We may also revise product descriptions, server inventories, onboarding content, screenshots, support material, and in-app copy to reflect current functionality. That does not create a promise that every previously described feature will remain permanently available.
10. User Content and Support Messages
If you contact support, send feedback, submit a bug report, answer a survey, or otherwise provide materials to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide that information and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights. We may use feedback, ideas, and generalized product suggestions to improve the service without any obligation to compensate you.
Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for support. If diagnostics are requested for troubleshooting, they should be limited to what is reasonably needed to review the issue.
11. Intellectual Property
The Proxly name, app interface, text, visuals, website layout, service architecture, software components, and related content are protected by intellectual property and unfair competition laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
You may not remove brand notices, obscure copyright statements, imitate the service in a confusingly similar way, or use Proxly trademarks except as allowed by applicable law or express written permission.
12. Third-Party Platforms and Links
Proxly may interact with third-party systems such as app stores, payment processors, analytics providers, hosting providers, crash-reporting tools, customer support systems, CDN providers, and websites or apps you access while using the VPN. Those third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy rules, and availability constraints.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or content decisions made by third-party platforms or destination services.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Proxly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, always secure, always available in every region, compatible with every network, or suitable for every intended use.
We also do not guarantee that using Proxly will make any device immune to tracking, malware, phishing, surveillance, throttling, content blocks, or account action by third-party services.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proxly and its operators, licensors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or device functionality arising from or related to use of the service.
This limitation applies even if we were advised that such loss was possible and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to every user.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to some or all of the service where reasonably necessary to address abuse, legal risk, security threats, payment failures, repeated policy violations, or technical misuse of the platform. You may stop using Proxly at any time by uninstalling the app and canceling any active subscription through the relevant billing channel.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including those relating to ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and past violations, will continue to apply after access ends.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect product evolution, legal obligations, operational changes, or business updates. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of Proxly after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised version.
17. Contact
